I am Mae a braider from Des Moines that is willing to travel. When booking please read all of the details listed here today to get a full understanding of what you a booking and how booking goes. • All deposits are non-refundable and due at time of booking. •All left over service Fees are non-refundable • After being 10 minutes late there is a $40 late fee, after 15 mins your appointment will be canceled and a 100% service fee is collected. •When booking Fulani, feed ins and kids braids please send the style first via text 515-803-3823. • PLEASE let me know when you book your appointment what color hair you will need, failure todo so will leave you with black hair braids. • After 24 hours I am no longer responsible for the service you receive and there will be a fee for any fixings done to the service after 24 hours. • If a style is not on booking site please text the style to me 515-803-3823 and we can go over pricing and timing. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK A STYLE YOUR NOT WANTING BECAUSE YOU CAN NOT CHANGE YOUR STYLE ONCE IT IS BOOKED UNLESS YOU HAVE PERSONALLY TALKED TO ME. • BOOK A WASH if you do not want to thoroughly clean your own hair. Failure to have clean hair will result in a $50 additional charge unless you have booked a wash with your appointment. • If you decide to wash your own hair NO OIL PLEASE. • If you have a child you are required to set at their appointment with them. • NO EXTRA PEOPLE NO MATTER THE CIRCUMSTANCES. • IF YOU ARE SICK AND YOU COME TO YOUR APPOINTMENT SICK YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL BE CANCELLED, and you will still be responsible for the price of the appointment. •Deposits are transferable for 1 appointment. If you after that you will need to put down another deposit. •Appointments need to be rescheduled within 48hrs or you will be charged 75% of the total •all no shows will be charged 100% of the full appointment amount •If you have something todo the day of do not book your appointment that day, I do not like to rush my work and if I feel your rushing me I will reschedule your appointment. •When booking extra small please contact me first you will not be able to book the appointment online without contacting me. • Remaining balance payments are to be paid Via, Cash, Zelle or Venmo. Cancellation Policy

Every appointment as a 10 min grace period after 10 mins there will be an additional $40 fee and after 15 mins your appointment is canceled and you will pay 100% of your service fee failure todo so will result in a lifetime Ban.
You have up until 48 hours to reschedule your appointment anything after the 48 hour mark you will be charged 75% of the appointment no exceptions the fee does not transfer over to a new appointment. You will need to go online and reschedule with a new deposit.
No call no shows will result in 100% cancellation fee!
