Hair Heaven Booking & Service Policy • Deposits: All deposits are non-refundable and due at the time of booking. Deposits are transferable for one appointment only. After that, a new deposit is required. • Service Fees: All leftover service fees are non-refundable. • Late Policy: After 10 minutes late, a $40 late fee applies. After 15 minutes, your appointment will be canceled, and 100% of the service fee will be collected. • Booking Specific Styles: For Fulani, feed-ins, and kids braids, please text your desired style to 515-803-3823 before booking. If a style is not listed on the booking site, text the style to discuss pricing and timing. Do not book a style you don’t want. Styles cannot be changed after booking unless you’ve personally spoken with me. • Hair Color: When booking, please specify your desired hair color. If no color is specified, black hair will be used by default. • Hair Preparation: Book a wash if you do not want to clean your own hair. Hair must be clean and free of oil. Failure to have clean hair will result in a $50 additional charge unless a wash is booked. If you arrive with oily hair and did not book a wash, you will either forfeit your appointment (and still owe the full amount) or pay the $50 wash fee if time allows. • Children’s Appointments: A parent or guardian must remain with their child during the appointment. • No Extra Guests: No extra people are allowed under any circumstances. • Health Policy: If you arrive sick, your appointment will be canceled, and you will still be responsible for the full price of the appointment. • Rescheduling & Cancellations: Appointments must be rescheduled within 48 hours or you will be charged 75% of the total. No-shows will be charged 100% of the full appointment amount. If I reach out to confirm your appointment and you do not respond in time, you will be charged full price. • After-Service Policy: After 24 hours, I am no longer responsible for the service provided. Any fixes after 24 hours will incur an additional fee. • Time Consideration: If you have other plans the same day, do not book your appointment that day. I take pride in my work and do not rush. If I feel you are rushing me, your appointment will be rescheduled. • Remaining balance payments are to be paid Via, Cash, Zelle or Venmo. Every appointment as a 10 min grace period after 10 mins there will be an additional $40 fee and after 15 mins your appointment is canceled and you will pay 100% of your service fee failure todo so will result in a lifetime Ban.
You have up until 48 hours to reschedule your appointment anything after the 48 hour mark you will be charged 75% of the appointment no exceptions the fee does not transfer over to a new appointment. You will need to go online and reschedule with a new deposit.
No call no shows will result in 100% cancellation fee!
